Hey! I really like that riff! I played over it and it seems that the best progression would be:

(Am - F G - Am - C G)

Do you have this progression in mind?

Ok, let's give shape to this introduction. We can go for the same idea than the Sabaton song, just accentuated the last chord of the first round and then starting with a double kick groove... or we can also accentuate some parts of the riff in the first round.
You can decided which option you choose and write the drums and bass for the first part.

Another option for this riff progression could be:

(Am - C G - Am - C Dm)

Great job mate! Now you can complete the section with the second time adding the drum's groove. An we have to start thinking on the verse's progression. Do you know minor tonality? In other words.. Do you know what chords you can use for this tune that you are composing in A minor?

Hi mate! Good new version! I like the changes that you did to the first drums accents... however I feel that everything is a bit slow when the drum groove starts. This could be solved in two ways... 1. Doubling the drum loop to make it faster. 2. Setting a faster tempo for the song.
I prefer the first option but you can also check the second one and see what happens. Let me know if I'm clear.
The rhythm guitar sounds great!

Wou man! You are very inspired today!! It's great to see this song growing! I'm not very sure about the new tempo, it's a bit accelerated for me, maybe we can add 5 or 10 bpm to the slower one. I'm now preparing everything to a Cirse's gig but I'll be back with more comments for the longer part. However I think that you should continue on the song!! Let's go for a modulated solo with some harmonized ideas and and shredding!

Hi mate! I've been listening to the song and I have some suggestions.

+ I think that the modulation of the pre chorus is cool but it arrives too early in the song. I would use that part as a bridge or solo backing after the second chorus. There I would add a simpler progression for the bridge. Maybe something similar to the pre chorus in the song "The evil that men do" by Maiden?. It would be for example VI - Im - VII - VI VII.

+I feel that the riff doesn't have the impact for a chorus... maybe it's because of the tempo... is this the final tempo that we had set?

+As I said you could use the the current bridge of pre chorus as a musical section after the second chorus, and then you could play the intro riff backing (that you are using as a chorus now) as the backing track for a cool solo. What do you think?

Regarding technique.. let's go for this two lesson that includes some cool exercises for alternate picking.

LESSON #5 – RIGHT HAND III /ALTERNATE PICKING (Crossing strings)

LESSON #6 – RIGHT HAND IV /ALTERNATE PICKING (Crossing strings)

Hi Superize. The first thing that I think that isn't helping is the backing, the drum loop is so simple and that quits emotion to the solo in general. Regarding the composition, I think that it starts cool, all the rocker bends and melodic lines sound good, but when you play faster sections the solo becomes more predictable. Also the connection between the tapping part and the previous melodic idea isn't smooth.. the same happens between the last fast part and the previous melodies. Some notes at 00:30 sound weird as well as the last note of the solo. I would add some double strings bends and also stronger vibrato. The style of the backing and also of your solo reminds me to Edguy... check out this song's solo to take some ideas. Their double string bends, rocker licks and harmonized melodies make the solo more explosive and epic.

starts at 04:24
