As some of you may recall, I bought a Jackson JS32R about 6 weeks ago. It's a great guitar but I just could not get a warm tone out of it. Great guitar for metal, but I want to play a lot more than metal and cannot afford a guitar for every genre I want to play. At the time, I had tunnel vision and just wanted a Jackson. Well, after trying many things (and not succeeding at any of them
 ), I stopped at the shop where I bought it from and talked about a trade. They took at back (at almost $120 less than I paid for it), but the store credit enabled me to buy the other guitar I had been considering briefly. Here's a pic:  Though I took the loss, I am very happy with the clean (and the distorted) sound from it and consider the trade well worth it!

Congrats! As long as YOU are happy with the trade, that's what matters!
I love my Parker Fly for the versatile tone, as well. I never quite fell in love with my US strat, so that got sold. The Parker is my axe for country, metal, funk, blues, and jazz! That guitar looks awesome! I've owned a couple ESP LTD guitars in the past and they were solid.... been recently thinking about getting one again to have a guitar with 24 frets.
