Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 7.5 or higher.

Hi friend! Congrats on your first take for the REC program! This really helps us to know your level and to guide you through this learning process. Remember that you can choose Alex, Cosmin or me as mentors, or follow Ben's mentoring course. On this first take I can note that you have to work on bending (you don't reach the correct pitch in every bend, but you do it in many of them), vibrato (I strongly recommend you to check Bend's Vibrato lessons) and your left hand smoothness (this can be trained with some legato and AP exercises). You timing is really good as well as your tone. Good first take mate!

Hi! I like your first take! It sounds good! And you gat a very nice guitar!!!
A few things you can work on! -Bending needs to be improved I have a few tricks how you can work on it! I suggest you to use a tuner and until you will get use to the correct pitch -Sound when it comes to Pink Floyd, David has a very unique and over compressed sound that is almost distorted but not quite Also he is using a lot of delay! If you want you can sign up for my mentoring program over here http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=43564 And I will guide you through! It can be hard in the beginning but music is not as complicated as it seems! -------------------- |

Like Alex and Gabriel said - the main problem is bending. I think your left hand wrist should be more relaxed. Ben's vibrato lesson will help you, for sure, like Gabriel says. After all I like your tone and timing.
