Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 7.5 or higher.

Original lesson: Sweeps: Major & Minor by Lian Gerbino
Same as with tapping - I wanted to start with some easy sweeping lesson and increase level slowly. :) -------------------- My band SKAZA - Facebook or MySpace

Hey mate! You are working hard! This lesson sounds good. The only comment that I can say about this one is that in many parts you aren't playing perfectly tight with the drums. This technical sweeps must sound very tight so try to concentrate on that and after some more practice you'll be able to move to the next level on this technique.

Another great take!
I like it a lot! I am glad you have decided to start slow and get your speed up gradually! There is a few timing issues on the third arpeggio I would suggest practice it at a very slow speed using a metronome for a while and results will surprise you!!! -------------------- |

Very good playing !
Timing is generally strong, just a slight hesitation near the last major arpeggios. Also, that high E still sounds out of tune.. but great guitar playing nonetheless -------------------- |
