Happy Easter Cosmin!
That is awesome bread/cake I've had it once or twice. My mom goes to a Byzantine Catholic church so we had ours last Sunday, but my great aunt is I want to say Greek Orthodox so she had it today. Best thing ever, 2 Sundays in a row full of goodies like this!

Thanks again guys! I took it easy and I am feeling very very good! Every year, with NO exception whatsoever, you can see footage on TV with folks eating and drinking like crazy on holidays and ending up at the hospital. It's tragicomic somehow...
