Rules
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 7.5 or higher.

Original lesson: Wild Bends by Daniel Realpe
Alright, I saw this lesson today and it's so freakin' awesome I had to learn it right away! I hope you won't mind I played it standing up so you can't see the close-up of the neck as in my previous REC takes, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to play this sitting down :D It's far from perfect and I didn't play it exactly like the original - I let it go with the flow, because bends, along with vibrato, are definitely THE most expressive guitar technique there is! Hope you'll like it, I REALLY enjoyed playing this! -------------------- |
