Check this out! I tried it on my buffed switchblade v-pick just now and it literally took me 10 seconds. My carpet isn't as course as that either so it should work!

This is how I always sharpen my picks... there are a lot of purple lines on the carpet.....

Yes, this is surely the best and easiest way to sharpen your picks - I learned this trick a few years ago and it helped me save quite some money since my picks last a lot longer!

WOW. This is CRAZY! I thought people were joking! Get something sharp and carve up a nice point on your pick
*P.S If the Switchblade/jazz/dunlop sharp isn't sharp enough, you can sharpen it a bit by shaving the edge with fine blade. I"ve done some of mine that way. Dunlop Sharp Jazz III Jazz III XL Best of all V-Pick SWITCHBLADE (heck, any sharp V-pick will do ya!) ![]() ![]() Man! I am still doing it before every show and recording!
