Yes, but we have to remember not everybody has the time to sit in on a chat all day.. so I think we should aim for quality not just quantity.. but maybe an hour or even 45mins would be cool. There's a few instructors, including Todd and Kris, so the time would add up to be quite a lot I think Ben is right -------------------- My music:

OK cool. I wonder. I'm sure he has, he's got a lot of things to juggle with looking after the running of GMC but don't worry, it won't go unnoticed -------------------- |

a chat marathon sounds cool for a start
But let's be honest, of an one hour chat, 30 minutes will be talking about non-guitar related stuff! Some students are just easily distracted...not looking at anyone in particular, of course Christian -------------------- |

The non guitar chat is the best bit !! Yeah, its good. But doing this for me seems to be equally at guitar and non-guitar related stuff. Its so that all of us have a good time, right, be it hanging out with the friends or learning how to shred. -------------------- Play with emotion. if one day many (if not all) of us GMCers got together somewhere in Europe (or anywhere else for those of us who are in other continents), meet each other in person, have a good chat about music? I think it would kick axe It's better somewhere in America:) Europe is too far for me This post has been edited by Alex Feather: Jun 8 2012, 03:35 PM -------------------- |

A meeting in the US would be nice as well
Since I really like LA, why not meet at Alex's place...saturday next week maybe? I think if we all wanted to get together in person everyone would have to travel. But maybe someday it'll be possible. Until then, anybody travelling to/through the southwest of Germany is welcome to stay a few days at my place Christian -------------------- |

Ya that is weird, because the UK's border control standards are pretty low. I know because they let me in all the time -------------------- ![]() He who laughs last thinks slowest. ok distractive boys, let´s come back to the idea
why don't the instructor involved in the marathon define the date (a sunday would be the best IMO) the time and the topics? and that´s all, the first GMC marathon will be celebrated -------------------- WWW.GROOVERMETAL.COM.AR
