Today I found an app for android and Iphone that was created by the keyboardplayer of dreamtheater.
It's a synthesizer with a loot of options He even used this app for the intro of "On the backs of Angels" You can also set scales in it, really reall worth checking out it is called Morphwiz here are some cool vids with it : It is really worth buying ! I can't find the video online, but that's what I believe the latest 'V Energy Drink' ad used to project onto the wall and play the entire body using a xbox kinect to create music.
