I have to wait until Thursday til I get my JEM7V Poor little boy.... You just decided to spit 2000$ on it and you did - very glad for you and i know you work hard to make it but hey - 2 days of waiting comparing to 1 and half year of huge Steve Vai fan waiting for his "axe of dream" is nothing!! -------------------- "It isn't how many years you have been playing, it's how many hours." -- Prashant Aswani "PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!" -- Michael Angelo Batio Check out my video lessons and instructor board! |

hmmm....my complaint for the day:
I hate that I have to go to work every day that I don't have class. I hate that I have nothing better to do than play guitar at home (though it's lots of fun...it'd be nice to have some other options). I hate that I haven't written any stories/poetry in a month. I hate that I never read...cause I love good books. that's it for now... -------------------- My Gear:

my guitar string broke and cut off my arm because it was so thick and now i have to play guitar one handed Is that possible??? I mean, when the string breaks it looses it's tension so it actually has no "strength" to hit you. I'm very surprised you managed to cut yourself! -------------------- "It isn't how many years you have been playing, it's how many hours." -- Prashant Aswani "PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!" -- Michael Angelo Batio Check out my video lessons and instructor board! |

Is that possible??? I mean, when the string breaks it looses it's tension so it actually has no "strength" to hit you. I'm very surprised you managed to cut yourself! It can happen if your bending the high e string like around the 20th fret, since its under more tension and closer to the point where it breaks (assuming its at the bridge) it can slide rather fast under your finger and cut you, it happend to me about a month ago. |

I just cut class today to go play poker with some buds.
During that time, my mom busted us (we were playing at starbucks - stupid). and I lost 20 dollars. I had a bad day today haha. -------------------- My Gear:

ALWAYS Skip school where you know no "Authority" figure-heads can find you Haha, it actually didn't turn out that bad...my mom's pretty cool about that stuff. since it's a college-level class she just says "hey it's your life, you do what you want with it" and we got away with it. it would've been worse if my dad caught us. haha -------------------- My Gear:

I skipped school once and just stayed home, just never left the house, my dad got home and he was like "Did you even go to school?" after i said "Nope". there was a long pause and then he said "Meh, I dont blame you"
But then again, prior to this, we got hit by 3 hurricanes... |

It was great, but my fingers hurt alot right now, and i wanna practice more. I just tried Pavel's Legato lesson but i cant even hammer-on correctly! Ah what should i do? i wanna practice so bad.

New complaint here: yesterday they started digging the road right in front of my room window!!!!!!!!!!! I hope they won't be doing it long (hell they won't! it will take them 3 months to finish it) and i also hope it won't be too loud so i can record lessons without noise or otherwise i'll have to wait with recording! GRRRRRRRRR
