Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Winter Tune by Piotr Kaczor

This is my first REC take on a real solo. Still not perfect, but it was definately hard work to play it like this :P

Hi mad! Let me say that this is a beautiful take! yes, it needs to be adjusted, because it has many timing issues both during the rhythm and the solo but your tone and your feeling are so enjoyable. Your bending is most of the time so precise and your dynamics just perfect.
Focus on timing and you will get a 10 soon. Congrats!!

Hello Marc!

Glad to see you back into action, mate smile.gif Gabi has referred to the details in this lesson that indeed need some polishing, in order to get a straight 10 smile.gif

Focus on timing, vibrato and bends in order to make every note sound certain and powerful. You can also try to record against the original take of the lesson so that you may notice the tiny details wink.gif

Keep rocking mate!

Cosmin

Very well done. You know which moments nee some tweaks (it's visible on Your face on the vid biggrin.gif ). But When I was listening for the first time I enjoyed it...I mean didn't found any flaws that would distract me while listening. This is a good news smile.gif Timming need fix but well well....what a dynamics, nice tone match and control smile.gif Really good take even with those few details to fix smile.gif
