It rants on about home recording being a "fad" and how lame Mr Bruce is in general, and tells him he should "go to a real studio" and such. As I was reading it, I couldn't help but feel sorry for whoever it was that wrote it. This person is obviously out of touch, and obviously very angry about being out of touch. many folks here on the site are newer players so this is mostly a warning. At some point, you may be tempted to "be that guy" when things start to change as they will, (technology/media/music/etc.) as they always do, it's possible to feel that the old familiar way was simply better and it might in fact be better. It's a nice thought but for many of us, it's not economically viable. If something is more convenient, does the job & gives you the results YOU want (not what others want) then why would you not use that method ?
