Between The Buried And Me - The Great Misdirect

Basically, go buy it, Or else you might catch malaria. The album is a magnificent release for BTBAM. It combines the giant sound scape of Colors with the direct assault of Alaska with some fresh new riffs and solos. The opening song Mirrors is mesmerizing and Obfuscation that follows it is just brutal. The abstract piano and vocal work on "Fossil Genera - A Feed From Cloud Mountain" is just brilliant. The lyrics on the album really explore the darkness of reality and really really stand out. "Swim To The Moon" is just a great song as well, much like White Walls from Colors, its a massive song, in concept and length that completely grabs the listener.

Hello once again, Here is the finished version of a song I uploaded awhile ago called "Ishtar Terra". This version is much more refined I think, and the solo tone is no longer as choppy or bumpy as it was, And its got a nice flow to it I think, Let me know what you guys think.

Currently this song is unfinished. Only a little bit left, But since I wont be able to record for awhile I thought I would show the demo I have for it. Im not sure on effects placements and stuff like that, harmonizing types and specific tones, But I still think the demo sounds pretty cool and gets the idea across. And yeah, the drum track is somewhat "primitive" for now.

Halloween is a big thing in my household, I was helping out my sister and brother in law with there stuff, they had a whole cemetery with dead bodies and stuff, and I was the one live one (well undead really) running around scaring people (and I got them good! )
