Recording Problem - Zoom G3 Multieffects

Hi,

I have my new Zoom G3 plugged into my laptop via usb.

I am listening to the G3 with headphones.

When trying to record in Sequel I am having a problem with the guitar parts becoming double tracked with weird noise.
Also i tried it on Reaper, asio driver installed correctly. i have recorded on a clean patch but when it gets recorded it became distorted in a bad way.

In windows control panel, sound playback is set to G3 audio.
Sound recording is set to G3 recording mixer.

Any thoughts, I know I'm missing something here. i really want to post on the rec section.Thank you.
