Back Track Music

when i play music without back track it sounds great, but if i put back track on in general i make even the most dumb easy mistakes? how can be they both same speed that i play without but it seems much harder with backing track music.

has anyone has a period that you dont have the feeling you progress the way you want, that some tabs sre still unreacheble and solo's still too hard your thinking that you doing well till you go to your lessons with your teacher and then have the feeling that you havent learned at all.
