How To Make Backing Track For Solos

normally,if i wanted to make a solo for a song,i should improvise with the song on the background right?
but what about the opposite?
sometimes i make a solo out of nowhere,and i think it would be better with something on the back,but i can´t make anything up.
can someone help me?

i first saw the site in one of kris´s lessons in youtube.i think this site is a lot better than taking real classes because i can choose what i´ll learn.altought im still a begginer,i don´t want to stay practicing the same thing over and over again,so here i can learn the basic stuff while practicing something i like.

Good Gear At Good Prices

hi everyone i´m new to the site and im enjoying it a lot!
i don´t play guitar for too long(3 moths ~),i have a stratocaster and a frontman 15g amp.its a good guitar,although the tremolo rings a bit(don´t know if its the strings or what makes that sound...).i don´t realy like the amp.if i put some distortion he starts to buzz and that annoys me.
so i was wondering if someone can tell me any good guitar/amp that is suited for heavy playing for a reasonable price.
hope to get responses
