Lyric

Hey, I wrote some lyrics here, or a poem.. I am not sure what it is, but I thought I should post it here.
This piece is something I wrote when I felt really down. I have just been at a school trip, and it is one girl there I have been seeing alot, we have been kissing and stuff, but when we came there she just ignored me and I heard that she said she hated me, still everyone has been drinking at the time. However, I asked her when we came home what did I do wrong, why did she ignore me, and the answer I got is that she was just tired of seeing me. I really got hurt so I wrote this, It made me feel better atleast.


The lesson of my life

We went at this party so very far away
With everyone we knew, in the door they came trough
We started softly with one little beer
But it did end with me just in tears

After the nightfall did come inn
I tried to ask you, how you have been
But the only answer I got
Is in my heart the pain you shot

They said that you did hate me
And in that very moment they stole the key
The key to the destruction
And the flee of the seduction

Oh, ohoh, I have learnt the lesson of life
But I can't, I can't let you go
I did really think we came far, did you know?
The only thing I still remember Is you said we are done
And right there went my dear morning sun
I can't understand what I did wrong
Cause the love for you was so very strong!

That night you said the words of sadness
I was trapped inside my own madness
It is impossible to count the tears I shed that night
And whatever I saw fade away like the light

I don't think you know how much I did care
Well, I hope you now know, just see my tear
Do you think I would write this down?
If I were just screwing around?

I Am A Beginner, So I Need Some Answers =)

Hey, I am new here as well to the guitar.. Or quite.
I have played for myself from around Christmas and have learned some new stuff.. Still I need to get answers to thise questions!

-How do you exactly palm mute? I think I may know, but I want to be sure
- What should I start with? What I can do now is some chords, also power chord. I can also tapping and some more newb stuff.
- Can you recommend any lessons for me? I am actually a vocalist but I want to play the guitar as well so I want to be an rhythm guitarist.
