Glad your TC finally arrived. It sounds fantastic. I assume that you will be using the Mesa/TC combo for your future lessons? You probably need some time to figure out all the sound possibilities. BTW - I went to the TC web site and listened to their "sound samples" - they pale in comparison to yours. I had to come back and listen to yours again to re-adjust my memory of what the G-FORCE is capable of sounding like.

Have fun......

Thanks WTN

Not sure if I'm gonna use that combo for lessons, too much space and cables,
not to mention camera,light etc

I will have to agree that the Pandora does a fantastic job for such a small package. It sounds great through a PA system also. I am practicing right now through a PX4D - Small mixer - QSC power amp - to twin Yamaha BR15's pole mounted in my den. Of course the wife is at work and my dog is deaf (or else it's headphones). I use your Pandora settings and they are killer. Thanks for those settings.

Now for live performances I would not use the Pandora at all. The rig you have is perfect for those occasions.

What kind of speaker cabs do you use with your Mesa power amp?
Muris Varajic
You're welcome on those settings, glad you like them. smile.gif

I have stereo custom cab with 2x12 Celestion GT-100
(and Marshall Stereo with 4x12 GT-75,I don't use it that often tho).
This custom cab is quite nice combination powered with 2x90 watts,
there's always extra 10watts not to blow away the speakers. biggrin.gif

Honestly,I play on 40-50% power from poweramp,it's tooooo loud. ohmy.gif

I play with a 2X12 Avatar cab loaded with twin V30's - and a 4X12 Marshall loaded with the same speakers. I run a Carvin stereo power amp - tube 50W per channel. It sounds great as expected. I converted the Avatar 2X12 to stereo mode as an experiment and it did not sound good at all - I think the speakers are too close for a great stereo separation. I would say that the perfect combo would be two of the avatar 2X12 cabs with the v30's. If you have one cab with 2X12's wired for stereo, I do not think it is possible to acheive a true stereo sound. All you have to do is experiment. And the plus of the two 2X12 cabs is that they are easy on the back (loading and unloading). BTW- 50 watts of tube power per channel is very loud - just like you stated, I never run it wide open.

Good point about stereo sound in one cabinet.
It is hard to get wide sound, reasonable, both speakers are in the same cab.
But when you mic it with 2 SM57 and put pans on mixer about 70-80% left and right,
it comes pretty lovely on PA,better than sending stereo fxs on mono cab wink.gif

Now you are talking - if one mic's the 2X12 cab with two SM57's then the case is closed. This is another way of looking at it.
