OrganisedConfusion
I have been trying to record my collaboration for Smells Ballad and if I open Sonar or Ableton Live even that you get with the hardware I get no input from the guitar in both programs and in Sonar I don't even get output to the speakers when they are plugged into the back of the Toneport. The speakers aren't plugged into my PC as well but surely that isn't a problem. It worked fine the other day sad.gif

What are the general problems. What will I be doing wrong? Any idea?

FIrst check the basics like if your cables are good, if they are plugged in properly etc.. THen reinstall the ASIO driver and restart computer. I use those programs for DAW, I use nunedo, so I don't know how to configure them. Somewhere you should have an option for choosing the ASIO driver. See if you chose the right driver (it should say toneport ASIO driver). IF the problem persist contact the seller.

I fixed this problem but god knows how. I just played around a bit with options lol and all of a sudden it worked. I am never going to touch the options again now biggrin.gif

I'm glad things worked out wink.gif

I had some troubles when I used the UX1 on my older computer, it was Athlon 2200+, 512MB ram machine, and the ASIO was to unstable. DOn't have any of those now, but who knows what that was. I'm not sure it is the power of the PC, maybe it is something completely different, but it knew to go berseerk sometimes.
