Hi Muris,
Well it always take me 'bout 30 min to warm up, what i do, is shred on a scale but it's really boring when you always do the same warm up (i often use your lesson of speed burst stamina (something like this))
well my question is how do you warm up ...
It's a silly question i know, but it's just for curiosity

Thanks,
Keep on rocking man.

Sorry for delay, dunno how but I missed it blink.gif

So warming up,I use random stuff, nothing prepared or specific,
sometimes it's chord or two,few runs, some sweeping etc.

And I can't show the line between warming-up and real playing,
I just grab guitar and start playing.
There are moments when I go for some really hard exercises/licks straight from the bed,
but result is usually the same one... "Ok,this AIN'T working...coffee first laugh.gif "

Main conclusion would be,play anything you want to warm up yourself,
some easy solo or nice chord progression,
it doesn't have to be unmelodic warm-up stuff, there are many ways to warm up
while still having pleasure listening to what you're playing.

And it's NOT silly question,just don't make a Taboo from it!! smile.gif
