Hello David, Thanks for all of your fine lessons. I find all of your Pentatonic lessons to be very helpful at this point in my developement. Purely from lack of experience I am unable to tie down your tone, specifically in the last minor pentatonic scale lesson. I find it very pleasing and I would like to ask your formula/settings if I may. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Thanks Rod!
Which lesson are you talking about? What is its name?
All the effects I use are from my little Line 6 Spider 2 combo...
You can get it pretty cheap now..

Thanks David for your reply I'm speaking of this lesson http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...ntatonic-scale/ It appears to be a overdrive with minimal gain. I love it but my limited experience with Tone dosen't let just pick it out.
Thanks

Thanks!
That's an older lesson.. I used more mids that I usually do with the heavy distortion of the amp.
It's a line 6 spider 2... I also used a subtle delay on there...
Hope that helps!

Cool!
I record through the direct output of the Line 6 straight into my soundcard. :-)

Yeah, I use an M-Audio Omnistudio USB.
It's great, and works very well at low latency for softsynths...
