Hey Muntahunta.

Have you seen the Roland HD-1?

http://www.roland.com/products/en/HD-1/

That's pretty small and storable, and seems pretty allright as well smile.gif

Roland has all sizes so your bound to find something you like smile.gif
I've tried a couple and they seem great! What's even better you can connect them to your computer and use other mididrumkits on them like Drumkit from hell which is awesome smile.gif

Anything below a Roland TD-6 sucks...trust me. The HD-1 like audiopaal mentioned would be ok, but it doesn't have a real kick pedal. This just isn't going to feel anything like a drum kit and I wouldn't recommend it.

Here's my suggestion...go find a TD-3 on ebay!

TD-3's don't sound incredibly great because the "brain" isn't that feature-rich. But if you buy the kit and decide you like it...you can upgrade the brain to a TD-6 module and it'll sound tons better for not a lot more.

To get something good, you're looking at spending at least $800.

Yamaha kits don't play as good as Roland kits.

well im guessing £1 is around $2 so i'd be willing to spend $1000 but wouldnt want to tongue.gif
wouldnt know what to look for either...

i cant seem to find the TD3 under $800 :S

New...you can get it HERE for about $1000.

On ebay you can probably get it for considerably less.

Yeah, it's more a kit you have for fun, not recording or anything..
I'm thinking of bying a Roland TD-6KX, but it'll be a while before I can afford it sad.gif

Looks amazing though smile.gif
