Hi Muris!

I just love your solo on Pavels "Look Around" rock solo collab! Could you not make a lesson out of it, or at least tab it down so I can learn it? smile.gif

Thanks!
Muris Varajic
Hi there. smile.gif

Not sure if I can make a lesson of it,that was Pavel's collab,
his own work on backing etc...

But I have another idea tho!
Why don't you try to learn in by ear?
Ear/listening is really important, you give it a shot and post your work here,
then I'm gonna listen to it and give you some guides/suggestions.

We can do it step by step, you'll be upgrading your listening this way,
no matter how many recording takes it'll take, let's do it.

Ok? smile.gif

Ok, I understand what you're saying Muris smile.gif

Yeah that sounds really good! I will finish setting up my home studio this week so I will probably start recording in a few days.

I have never learnt a solo this hard by ear before, but I will give it a shot and keep you updated! smile.gif

Edit:
Btw, where can I find the backing track so that I can record it? biggrin.gif
botoxfox
You should look around in the "Look Around" thread for the backing.

As Botoxfox said, backing is probably in "Look Around" topic, collabs board.

Thanks Muris, I am also looking forward to it very much!

Feels good to know that I can record it bit by bit and let you help me with the parts I have problems(not that anything will be easy, haha) with smile.gif

Yeah, it's gonna be loads of fun, and I think I'll learn a LOT from this! smile.gif

Did I tell you that I will use a Pandora to record with? I have ordered it so it should arrive soon. So maybe I can simulate your sound too! biggrin.gif

Never had a home studio before so I just need some time to connect everything!
Muris Varajic
That's even better!! biggrin.gif

Check out Pandora thread in my gear sub-board,
I shared some settings I use. wink.gif

Will do! biggrin.gif

Now I can't wait until I get it!!! It should be tomorrow! smile.gif

Hi Muris! smile.gif

I've been trying to learn this for quite a while now, but I have realized that I miss some technique and theoretical skills to be able to play it!

However I will continue to work on my playing and I'm not giving this up! Hope you still have time to help later on when I might be able to play this smile.gif

Take care biggrin.gif
