Hey David,

I just started going through your Brian May lesson. I really liked your first video outlining your ideas (and your singing wasn't bad either!)

I really liked the chord progression you were playing during the video. I know you said that it's supposed to be Bm-A-G, but I can't seem to get it right. You also seem to throw in some improvisations that make it sound REALLY, REALLY smooth. Is there any way you could tab some of that out real quick? I'd love to try and record a song using THAT progression, and then throw in some of your ideas from the Brian May lesson for a harmonized solo using major scales.

Let me know! LOVED THE LESSON! And so did Brian May apparently wink.gif

Thanks a lot man!

I'd be glad to help you...
I'm attaching to this the GP file with the chords and little improvisation lick I did.
They are close to what I did on the video.
I'm also attaching a PDF for those of you who don't have Guitar Pro...

Hope that helps!

David,

Thanks so much for getting back to me! and so quickly too, that was awesome.....

I was more curious about the improv you did with the chords, not with the pentatonic....is there anyhting you could put together or show about that?

And these chords are B minor, A major, and G major? So it's in the key of D Major?

You're welcome. Yes, the chords are in D major, or B minor...
Same thing..
I'll try to get something started on that chord improv thing. :-)

Hey David,

Still practicing that Brian May lesson. Any progress on your chord improvisation? I'd love to know what you did more specifically.

Oh sorry!
I forgot about that!
Life and work has been crazy and I forget a lot of things!
I'll get on it soon though...
