Hi guys,a was a way for a few days.I had to reinstall my system.But it was not that easy.Some thing was wrong with my computer,and I had to take him to the store(3 times)....

So,for two days know I am installing all the programs I haw,and I am finally done!!!

So glad to be back to my favorite site.

My computer recently got filled with spyware to the point it can't be used, I have others running Linux and a Mac, so I can still do the forums, but have to get that thing fixed. I hate windows, but can't live without it

Yeah I had a weekend of it recently. My main pc went down on the friday took me most of the weekend to sort it out and reinstall all my sofware and then on the Monday night my back up pc gave up the ghost! Was not happy so went to the driving range to hit some golf balls!

I work in technical support. I die a little inside when I have to tell people to run a full restore on their computers 10 or 15 times per day.

I will try that next time for sure.

Recently I had to re-install my desktop computer due to some spyware, and now I use that computer exclusively for audio and video production, for other stuff I use laptop..

WHen something like that happens I always curse because I didn't make any dvd software compilations or backups properly, so I have to dig with all kinds of disks. It seems that I use my optical drive only during these major reinstallation periods

I know what you mean.
The point is,I will never ever again do some thing stupid like not making a back up discs.Programs are not the only problem.I have 30 Nuendo projects(Songs,New Lessons..etc)
Tomorrow I am buying 20 dvd-s and burning discs all day.

Reinstalling can be a real pain, however it's really nice sometimes to come back to a clean and fresh and fast computer again.

Yep,that is wright.But to me it is all the same,I use the same programs all the time.So,important thing for me is to be as it is before,and that things work wright.

Glad you sorted it out Nemanja!! I should be doing same but I just can't find the time and will power to do it !! Its such an enormous task!

I know that feeling, it can be a pain in you back :S

I'm going to purchase a new PC and the only thing I'm thinking of is that I have to re-install all the programs again
