hi there smile.gif

i have a question about your sound,

did you use an acoustic pedal simulator, or did you use piezo pick ups?

also, how did you get that 12 string sound, did you just play the second part over? it sounded really good, ive been looking for an acoustic guitar sound for my electric

thanks!
Marc

Hi Marc!

I actually used some chorus and reverb,no acoustic simulator or piezo at all.
I however doubled the acoustic guitar parts, playing the same thing a minor third higher on the verse parts only.
That was all I did there.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask them.

Cheers
Zs

Sorry to bump in, just one tiny thing tongue.gif

Zsolt, I think your soungs are really cool, especially wisdom - wisdom tongue.gif But there is one thing.... can't you get the singer to do some english pronounciation course? then he'd be even better (his sound is great already!) and you really can get big! for instance check Marcus's band here:

His english accent is just a bit better, and see how big they are!

BTW Wisdom-Wisdom is sung much better!

Wow man,I have to admit that I've made a mistake,it seemes that I was too tired when replying you, and my memory failed me...I actually DID use a simulator....Sorry man, here are my settings on my Line6 Toneport UX1:

Amp Model:
Line 6 Piezoacoustic 2
Drive 3, Bass 8, Mid 8, Treble 7, Presence 7
And I used no cabinet
I've also added a reverb with a factory setting named "Medium Hall", a compressor with a threshold on 30, gain on zero.
Used a Sine Chorus with Post config,Speed 0,70Hz, Depth 57%,Bass 50%,Treble 79%,Mix 52%.

Hope that this can help you!
Sorry again:)

Cheers

Well, yes, we've heard this soooo many times tongue.gif
Our old singer wasn't good at English speaking. So his accent was sooo Hungarian... smile.gif
But our new singer will definitely do a great job, since he's not Hungarian and have been singing a lot on English. I think that his pronunciation will be just great on our upcoming album smile.gif

Cheers
