Hey ive been writing some stuff that is based on D dorian as well and I was curious what chords you were using for the backing of the lesson because they really fit well, and any other chords that have that kind of ethnic sound. Thanks

on this backing I'm playing on Dm with the a note 5 fret e string
the I'm shifting the pinky to the 3 fret ( g note ) then open e
then e note on the b string 5 fret...
e---5----3----0----0----
b---3----3----3----5----
g---2----2----2----2----
d---0----0----0----0----
but to my opinion the irish sounding is also because of the tempo...

Just wondered if you could do another lesson in this style, because I really love this kind of music and already learned the "D Dorian Acoustic Solo".
