Heiya everyone!
I came over a very cool melody yesterday.
I hope someone wants to learn it, and make some lessons from it, that would be very cool.

The melody is from the famous movie Pirates of the Caribbean.
The name of the song is: He's a pirate.
Here's a link to a great played verson on youtube:

Damn if I only could play like that :-)

Take care everyone!
Cheers

pretty crappy play. Amazed that people around here are impressed with such slop. Listen to the play guys, not the backing track, you are supposed to know more than the general dippy doo youtube public.
OrganisedConfusion
lol. That's quite a funny sentence biggrin.gif

It isn't too great to be honest. Not saying I could do better biggrin.gif

But I could tongue.gif

The playing ain't that good but all an all it's a good cover of the song, you don't have to criticize people who might like something you don't, if you don't like it then fine, and I'm still not sayin that his playing is good, but he managed to create a working cover....

I agree 100% if you removed the background track and listened to just him, i dont even want to know what would come out of my speakers. Could be an amazing song if covered by one of the instructors here at GMC

It's a great idea and fun song, but the performance isnt all that good. Wouldnt say it "crap" though, everyone has to learn, and it was a good attempt.

I think this version is way better: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlBwVbCqxUk
I WILL rock you
