Pardon my ignorance here, I am aware of the very popular Guitar Hero game, but not familiar with it. The reason I asked, is that I wondered if you could trademark or service mark the logo of GMC including From Hero to Zero?

I was looking at Eric Johnson's site and on it, I see the phrase "From Zero to Hero" being used there to direct people to a pay-per-lesson site.

I see what you are speaking about. Unfortunately an international trademark protection of that kind costs a lot more than what is motivated in this case...
