Hey Muris, I hope all is well for you these days.
I just wanted to pass this along ... ever since I studied your lessons on Legato and Picking, I find that for every new lick I'm practicing, I always practice it with both AP and legato techniques, using metronome, all the way up to my maximum tempo. The same is true for your "Alternate Picking Upstroke Focus" lesson. So for every new lick that I'm learning, I practice it three ways: 1) AP starting with a down-pick, 2) AP starting with up-pick, and 3) legato. I'm finding that this is helping me to play more smoothly and to handle varying situations.

Way to go!!!

There are even more than just 3 different ways of playing same lick,
you can also add different bends (including prebends, releases etc)
to get different sound and effect from the same lick.
Then there are grace notes which you can add before (or after) any particular note,
endless combinations indeed.

Keep it up, those are great news! smile.gif
