Wow. This game owns. By far the scariest game I have ever played, and the Internet seems to agree.
The graphics are not 2011, but that doesn't matter, it's the scariest game there is, and the story and gameplay is good. Unlike other horror games, you never get any way to fight back, and you remain the pray throughout the whole story. The audio is fantastic, and you are scared every time you open a door...
Anyone playing this?

i think it works better with oil xDDDD (u will only understand if you play it so play it!!) and also love the graphs with might not be those great HD graph but i think it really suits the horror/scare athmosphere

You should, it is fantasatic.
I just finished it, and it was interesting and (very) scary from start to end. The game was actual way longer than I had expected

i am the very start i think maybe a bit forward T_T just saw the first monster passing in the darkness and i am stuck ... i am suppost to open a basement door and i can't >:o cuz the think to opening is stuck

The penumbra's are cool... but in them I figured out how to "defend" myself..

I played through it in one rush, stoned out of my head and scared as hell ^^

Pretty scary i have to say!
But i prefer dead space 2 , only game that scared me in a while.
It´s addictive!
