Anybody else excited for 2011?!

Will certainly be interesting to see what Opeth do next !

Apart from that, I think the only band that I listen to that is likely to release anything in 2011 is Megadeth.

I head that RHCP will be releasing a new album too. I'm really curios how it will turn out

Looking forward to a new Opeth and I"m looking forward to the new Arch Enemy album KAOS LEGIONS. The last release was more of a review of old material with the new singer. Which almost seemed like a studio album that wanted to be a live album.

Watershed was great, but I just wish that the new one would be more brutal this time, like Ghost Reveries or Blackwater Park. Watershed was like 70% clean/mellow and 30% brutal. It was great but I like the albums more where that difference is more 50-50.

Arch Enemy, Opeth, And The Faceless are whats getting me excited. Can't wait. New Abysmal Dawn comes out tomorrow too, which should be awesome.

Yeah I'd definitely be happy for another album like Ghost Reveries, not in a repetitive way, but in the listen-able factor. Watershed was a little too 'out there' just for the sake of it I feel, a little disconnected compared to GR.

I'm really looking forward for the new Rise Against disc to come out. It's being released 4 days before they play a show here in Stockholm! I'm trying to drag Kris to the show with me. Show some support and urge Kris to come see Rise Against!

I cant wait for Protest the Hero's new album, Fortress was amazing, and Rody Walker is an awesome vocalist.

Beside album releases, SOAD are going to be together this year and do some gigs and Sonata Arctica is releasing their second DVD this month.

^^ OOh nice, can't wait for the Sonata DVD! I've loved the previous ones.
