When I start gearbox, with the POD not plugged into the computer, It says no hardware detected. But I can get into a program, and I find a hum reducer there.

But when i connect the POD I dont see the hum reducer anymore.

Should I get POD farm instead?

I think because the pod already has an automatic hum reducer

Its the same for me when using my pod xt live.

I dont know what pod you have but pod farm does not work for XT
