I noticed that you're playing the arpeggios with separate picking strokes. Try to play them with a sweeping motion. Although the technique seems awkward at first, it will save you energy

Your alternate picking and finger shifting was good. Your picking motions are quite big at the moment. Try to see if you can make them a little smaller which will make them more efficient. Good work.

Ben's comments are exactly what I think. Your sweep picking should be smoother and your right hand movement smaller while you play alternate picking technique. Concentrate on that!
