I"m always going on about how much I dig guitar emulation (Amplitude/Guitar Rig/Overloud) for home recording and practicing. I've noticed that many folks don't have an Audie Interface / External Sound Card and thus can't join in the fun. I ran across a Peavey device that runs about $60 U.S. and will work PC or Mac. It's a simple interface, but more than enough to get you in to the world of emulation.
