DIETER! A fine choice sir! I'd LOVE one of these. These are Military Spec vehicles built by mercedes then released to the public. They are about $100,000 each and are built like a tank. Having literally died once on a Racing Motorcyle, than AGAIN in a small sports car, I tend to like LARGE vehicles now. My third near death experience will have to wait. I've come back twice and I"m done with that.

Nice rides gentlemen @Neil - that bike can fly right? I had no idea about the engine belongs to a plane actually.
@Dieter - the G Class is my dad's favorite as well and honestly, I wouldn't say no to such a solid piece of German engineering

@Sensible Jones,

@Todd Simpson,

@jstcrns,
this repaired and fixed a fine car and enough place for my family and dog. around my place there are some freaks who like to buy such cars and make them real great ones.
@ Bogdan Radovic,

I can't repeat what came out of my mouth when I just read that ! WOW ! What history.. this must have been '66, '67 maybe ?
I can imagine, believe me!! Yeah, they won 66, 67, 68 and 69 although they first raced at the Nurburgring in 64. One of his most treasured possessions from that time was the Steering Wheel from one of the winning cars!

I can, I can..... I have no clue how to put it together, but I'd be thrilled to be involved
There's a place in Worcestershire, England, called Tornado and they make GT40's.. if you all sent me some money now and again I could start getting the body parts and wheels, engine etc..

My wife and I both have our dream cars. Hers is a 2001 Toyota Corolla. Mine is a 2003 Dodge Durango that needs a paint job and sometimes does not run like it should...... and they are both paid for.

With a Saab, you should have no problems . We're going to drive our vehicles until the wheels fall off. Then we'll put them back on and drive them some more.
