Hey alex! so, ive been practicing the hand exercise for a few days, so far 102 BPM is my maximum (where im fully relaxed in both hands)

hey alex! so my recording set up is still in the works, should almost be ready, but anyways ive been doing your exercise for 30 minutes every day and i really cant seem to get to 115 even, at 115 everything falls apart at those last few bars , so let me know what i can do

The thing about this exercise is slower you do it better results you will get!
You don't have to bring it up to 115 or 120 BPM
Just do it at a comfortable tempo even if it's 10BPM doesn't matter as long as you are doing it the right way!

I want you to start creating your own licks!
To start we will use A minor blues pentatonic in 3 positions:







You can use any notes from those positions !Try to combine them together and turn them into short licks!
I would like to hear what you can come up with before I will give you examples!
