Hi Zsolt,

I am a big fan of your lessons, so thanks for all the great content!

My question is: you often have very interesting moving backgrounds for your video lessons, so 1) which green screen / chroma key programs do you use to achieve that effect? 2) where / how do you get those background animations?

Spent some time Googling, and there are many choices, most of which are not cheap, so perhaps you can help me narrow down the choices.

I just submitted my first REC video a week ago, will be doing many more, and thinking of starting a YouTube channel some time down the road (when both my playing and video-making techniques get better), so any suggestions would be appreciated smile.gif

Hi Leo - let me help you on this one!

1) For chroma key you need :

- Green Screen Backdrop (ones made from Muslin work great)
- Lots of lights (background needs to be well illuminated and without shadows for successfully chroma keying)
- Video editing software : almost all major software has a Chroma Key plugin built in. Most popular ones are Sony Vegas and Adobe Premier, but built in software in Macs for example (iMovie) should have this effect as well.

2) You can get video background animations online from sites that offer it for free (personal use) or buy licenced ones from stock video sites like http://footage.shutterstock.com/

Great to hear about your plans on starting a YT channel - you should definitely do that! smile.gif
