So after all that Bacon Threads , it would be Good too

to public Once in a While some NO MEAT cooking recipe .

So here for a Start the first one !


6 GRAIN BREAD -- 6 KORN BROT

(Hopefully my Translation found the right Words !? - IF not you will TASTE it )

250 gr. 6 Grain Mix ---- 6 Kornmischung

400 gr. Wheat flower ---- Weizenmehl

1 x Yeast Cube ---- Hefewürfel

1-2 cold cooked potatoe ---- Kalte gekochte Kartoffel

20gr. Nature Sourdough ---- Naturesauerteig

1 Soup spoon Honey ---- Suppenlöffel Honig

1 Tea Spoon Salt ---- Teelöffel Salz

200 gr. Nature Joghurt ---- :-)

250 ml Water lukewarm ---- Wasser lauwarm


6 Grain put one day before into a bowl of water to mellow , after that get them out of water.


Then if posible grind it --- or just buy some 6 Grain already grinded flower.

So mix 6 Grain ,Wheat flower, Yeast, potatoe ,Sourdough, Honey Salt, Joghurt Water,

good together .

Let the Paste ripe for 45 minutes and then put it into a Form Bin . ( Grease the Bin a bit )

There too, let it ripe another 25 Minutes !

And after That into the Oven for One houre 180 Degree Celcius Fan Oven

Oh my God ... that looks delicious! My grandmother used to bake bread when I was a kid.. I should ask her to do it again!

Reading this has made me want to go and bake some bread! Not sure I have the ingriediences though and I'm too lazy to go out!

My mind doesn't understand the term 'No meat'

Far too many carbs in these meals for me

( Sorry my simple english ! )

I do not like the reality of killing a subject to get MEAT ! ( Not mention how animals get threaded most the time )
When i look at it from inside Myself so it feels to me like a guilt (Schuld) and a Barrier between my Mind and Spirit !
But thats personally and my Experience with it .

So when eating meat than from producers/farmers who thread there animals the right way

type-fairly natural circumstances - accommodation food and respect .

I do not want to talk about the meat quality difference of biological and pure commercial holding. Here we will find the same

Problems with all other food types as well.

For me most important - so with all typeof food --- Biological Products from around my Area and myself !


CARBS , have to be used carefully , yes i agree with that ! So for meat products and Lakto Vegy Products the same Thing !
