this sometimes can be a long , slow process.For me, i have to take it slow ,one note at a time.Play your first 2 notes and see if there is any noise,if there is , you need to slow it down till you can examine what is creating that noise and then play it slow enough that you can change what you are doing to get rid of it. Of course it might not be your first 2 notes , but where ever the problem is , this is how you will handle it, and this is like any technique, once you start it will be slow, but you will get better and faster at hearing and fixing your noises until it will almost be like you are not thinking about it.
