Sad to hear about the external converter/transformer Muris but all in all an internal one will look better smile.gif .
Hope you get it back from the tech real soon smile.gif .

Hope the same Tony, thanks for support!! smile.gif
Muris Varajic
So I finally managed this power issue and got proper voltage converter,100watts!! smile.gif

And since I MUST practice Marcus's Neoclassical lesson biggrin.gif I recorded one take,
this piece is fast as hell, there are tons of mistakes I did
but here it is anyhow laugh.gif

Now,I recorded it dry since I haven't got G-Force yet but among efxs
like chorus, reverb, delay etc I'm missing Noise Reduction a lot atm!.

You know I like pretty heavy sound here and there biggrin.gif
and I get bit of noise when I dial turbo high-gain settings
so I used about 50-60% of gain,to keep it clear.
And it is LD2 yellow mode, not heaviest one. wink.gif

This piece of gear is real machine, clean sounds are just amazing tho,
will post more as soon as possible!!!

Cheers smile.gif
Chris Evans

Since you got it from he US it's 110V, right, or did you manage to fet a 230V unit, or just simply... how did you solve the electricity? smile.gif

Good question MickeM. smile.gif

Yes, I got 110v version and first I did was getting power conditioner(adapter type).
It was 50watts strong (Triaxis needs 30watts tho) but it got hot too much.
Guess it wasn't 50wats strong after all, don't believe in everything they say. laugh.gif

Then I wanted to change tranformator INSIDE the unit but mission impossible,
220v trafo would be much bigger than current one and impossible to fit inside.
Mesa did really amazing job inside the box, take a loot at the photo,
too many things and all in just 1HE ohmy.gif

And finally I got only tranformator 100wats strong to convert 220v to 110v.
We made a box for it and that's it. smile.gif
Paul Coutts
ooooo! looks sweet! can't wait for a review and sound clips!
at lights end
as if he didn't sound amazing enough already... laugh.gif

can't wait to hear it! biggrin.gif

Sooo many options,I'm acting lika a kid atm biggrin.gif

Took a pic with my cell, sorry for bad quality

Thanks. smile.gif

G-Force offers effects while main sound shaping is inside Triaxis(preamp).
preownedguitar
Ah I see, I found it, really expensive tho. Was triaxis worth the money?

WOW muris! blink.gif Sounds awesome!!!!

Absolutely,I got it used on eBay,nice price. wink.gif

Thanks JVM,glad you liked it smile.gif

So Muris enlighten me. How does this thing compare to a tube amp head? You can use this live right? What functions as compared to a head does this not serve, or does it serve in addition to. Just curious O.O

Well, you can use it for gig if you are going straight into mixer/PA system.
These two units together don't have "amp" section,
so if you wanna play it on guitar cab, then you need power amp.
Comparing to tube head....as I said,no amp section but there are millions of sounds, midi supported. smile.gif
Juan M. Valero
amazing sound !!!! I love your toys wink.gif

Thanks Juan, wish you the same piece of gear one day,or something similar in a meanwhile. smile.gif
preownedguitar
Figuring you've played on a good tube amp before, how are the dynamics when playing it? Like the response a tube amp would have. Some seem a little too artificial when playing and make you have to almost alter your timing/technique etc. to sound right. Also, can you just plug guitar into triaxis and use headphones right from triaxis?

Ok,this is how it's all routed. smile.gif
Guitar into Triaxis,fx loop to G-Force and back, then with "recording" outputs into audio card.
There are 2 recording outputs(reasonable) so you can plug headphones there.
I haven't and I wouldn't cause I plug my headphones into PC where whole sound in patched, same deal.
You would need converter jacks for that, female stereo into 2 male mono jacks.
About feel, once more, there is no "amp" section here, only preamp.
BUT feel is amazing,nonetheless. smile.gif

Dejan Farkas
Wow! biggrin.gif nice toys, I like the sound, and I guess it is just a tiny part of possibilities you discovered so far smile.gif
Muris Varajic
Thanks guys,thanks a lot smile.gif

Well yeah, all I did was simple and random browsing through presets/users on both units laugh.gif
And as far as I can see, editing isn't that hard.
COOL thing on G-Force is that you can recall per example only chorus from some preset/user
and add it into user sound you're making, same with all other efxs.
Like Warmoth in effects I would say, make your own sound from already made parts/efxs. biggrin.gif
Toni Suominen
Those sound samples sound really cool Muris! smile.gif
Muris Varajic
Glad you like it Toni, thanks a lot smile.gif
Muris Varajic
I connected it all, haven't tried it with cab cause it's to late atm to rock the house laugh.gif
but first thing tomorrow morning wink.gif
