Hi GMC-ers!
I always admired James Hetfield of Metallica and his riffing abilities. He always knows how to kindle a fire into the fans' hearts.
This little riff came while improvising in the style of James Hetfield, but I tried to play the riffs to sound more bluesy, especially the bends. I also added the "Hendrix Chord" at the end.
In this lesson we will use the following techniques:
Riffs
Rhythms
Slides
Bending
By the way I used a standard D tuning for this lesson:
D, G, C, F, A, D
Have Fun!
-Zsolt
