Hi GMC'ers! The Chicken Picking Madness continues! In this lesson I've thrown in some intermediate and upper intermediate level licks. Some of them may seem more difficult, but I hope that you can find some inspiration and playable licks in this lesson.
You will hear a standard country-style backing track. I'm playing over chords (vertical thinking) and some bluesy phrases too (linear thinking). You will hear some country-ish licks, but don't afraid to use them in rock or blues,(or in any kind of music which has major chords in it) if you like.
Techniques:
* Chicken picking
* Country bends (over major chords)
* Chicken picking + country bends at the same time
* Legato
* Bluesy phrases
If you have any questions:
