Fast picking, one scale on two strings and a LOT of reverb, it's all you need!
Surf Rock is a very fun and cool style of Rock, this lesson is great to master your fast picking accuracy, to play scales in just one string (both E strings) and to really get the juice of your old reverb unit!
This little number is in the scale of A Harmonic Minor, and the chords used over the main part/solo are E and F, over the bridge we get E, F and G, it's a VERY simple and repetitive chord progression, but it works like a charm for this style.
Note that using a reverb it's mandatory for this kind of music, at least if you wanna get that clasic sound. For more references of the tone check some Dick Dale songs.
