Hi GMC-ers and welcome to yet another Satch cover-attempt. It is the time for Satch's hypnotical composition, named "The Forgotten pt.2".
This song is the 15th track from Satriani's third in a row album, entitled "Flying in a Blue Dream" This CD is my-all-time-favorite album, as I decided to be a lead guitarist after hearing this brilliant album.
The first thing the listener will notice listening to this track is it's hypnotical power that can drag it's listener to a state of euphoria of some sort.
The composition is fairly easy to play at first glance,however it requires a sophisticated phrasing technique. Satch uses a note-and-a-half bends, legato and his trademark whammy technique to deliver his message through this composition. This technique will be explained below the video that shows it.
