  • Hello GMCers!

    Welcome to my new lesson on melodic riffing!

    This time we'll take a look at:

    * Combining melodic pieces with riff work
    * Pull-offs to open strings
    * Octave playing
    * Syncopation
    * Hybrid picking

    Sound :
    I use my Suhr Standard Custom guitar with Doug Aldrich Humbucker in bridge position and Fractal Audio Axe FX Standard straight into TC Electronic Impact Twin.
    Rhythm preset is based on Euro Red (Bogner XTC) amp model with 4x12 Recto1 cabinet

    Tempo/time signature : 92 bpm, 4/4

    Tonality : E minor

    Good luck!
