Hello GMC, welcome to my new funk rhythm lesson!
In this lesson we are covering some cool funky rhythm licks and tricks that you can learn, develop and incorporate into your style. Playing funk guitar is mainly about rhythm, and these licks will help you learn this style of music fast and easy, and give you ideas and directions on how to create your own funk phrases and rhythmical figures.
In this lesson we are using mostly E minor pentatonic and E dorian mode for additional licks, and E7, E9 and E11 chords, with half step slide-ins.
Have fun! :)
