This is the B section of the song. It’s a C#m progression in 7/4 (4/4+3/4).
Chords are C#m G#7 C#7 F#m C#n C#dim7 and Cdim7 then it goes to Em B7 E7 Am Em Edim7 D#dim7. Then comes another section , where I play the F# blues scale.
Now I’m gonna list the scales/arpegios I play over each chord. That's very important, especially in those arrengements when lead guitar is almost playing alone.
C#m---------C# eolian and C#m triad
G#7---------- C# harmonic minor
C#7-----------F# harmonic minor
F#m ---------C# eolian
C#m---------C# eolian and C#m
C#dim7-----C# diminished scale
Cdim7-------- C diminished scale
Em ---------E eolian and Em triad
B7---------- E harmonic minor
E7-----------A harmonic minor
Am ---------E eolian
Em ---------E eolian and Em triad
Edim7-----E diminished scale
D#dim7 -----D# diminished scale
Enjoy it.
