I want to present a lesson inspired in the great "bluesman" Richie Sambora.
Hi GMC!. I want to show you a lesson inspired in the great “bluesman” Richie Sambora.
It is in the E major pentatonic scale, with some blue notes.
It starts with variations of the E major chord... sus4, 9º, etc.
It bends from A to B (5º of the E major, second string, 10 fret) and then it goes down to the E major arpeggio. Then we go to the fast lick of the solo, It has 5 notes by beat, be careful with the legato, it must sound very clean. Then it finishes with a cool lick with double stops and the arpeggio of E major, D major and E major again.
In this lesson is very important the “feeling” of the solo, you must pay attention to the expression in every note.
Have fun!!!
