Hey GMC'er ! I know we usually work with rock, metal, and blues, but today I want you to think as a session guitarist. "Versatility is one of the most important skills of session musicians as they may have to perform in a range of different settings. Session musicians are also expected to learn parts rapidly and to be skilled in sight reading." ("Session Musician" Wikipedia: The Free Encyclopedia)
The real name of this song is "Canción Color De Rosa" ("Rose Color Song"). My good friend Jorge Nogueiras composed it. It will appear on his solo EP "Interpretando sueños", which will be debuting soon.
When I played the solo, I thought as a pop session guitarist would. We only have a few seconds to play a great solo that's slighly complicated so, if you add more notes to the original, it can sound crowded or clustered.
